BCC

Introduction

The GBS BCC (Biometric Capture Component) is an application developed for registering civil profiles and babies from their biometric and biographical data, such as fingerprints, face, palmprints, iris and others. Registrations are stored in the GBDS and can be used in identification and verification processes. As part of the Griaule Biometric Suite, the enrollment process also checks new records for biometric issues (such as low quality, duplicates, non-compliance with sequence control) and possible fraud (biometrics duplicated between profiles of different people).
